CUSTOMER RIGHTS

At Tudetic S.L. we wish for you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make with us. However, we are aware that on certain occasions you may want to return a product.

Returns 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product thanks to the 30-day return guarantee, starting from the date of receipt of the product. You simply need to enter your control panel under the returns section and follow the necessary steps.

Right to Withdrawal 

Customers resident in the European Union are legally guaranteed the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of a product within 14 natural days from the day on which you or a third party you have indicated (other than the carrier) receive the purchased product or from the day you receive the last item, in case of delivery of a single order in multiple shipments, or the last component or piece in case of delivery of a product composed of multiple components or pieces. This right applies to all our products, except for digital products (e.g., MP3s), if you have consented to the execution at the time of delivery.

For your safety, we recommend using a certified shipping service in case the return amount exceeds 75 €.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item, or the product was damaged or defective.

Upon receiving the cancellation notice of your order, we will refund you the purchase price of the product along with the standard shipping costs for that product, corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer. We cannot refund any additional costs for express, priority, or courier shipping services.

Legal warranty

The products offered at Tudetic are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years from delivery for new products at the seller's expense, in accordance with consumer and user regulations.

Certain wear and tear products (e.g. batteries) enjoy a warranty period of 6 months.
