ASSEMBLY GREASE

Proper lubrication of the chain and moving parts of the bicycle is essential for performance, noise, and lifespan. In the section Lubricants we group products by specific use and weather conditions.

Dry chain lubricants

Wax-based oils for dry conditions (summer, asphalt). Does not attract dust. Clean and quiet chain. Squirt Long Lasting, White Lightning Wet & Dry, Smoove.

Chain lubricants wet

Heavier viscosity oils for wet conditions (rain, mud, winter). Washout resistance. Finish Line Wet Muc-Off Wet Chain Lube, Pedro's Chainj.

Chain lubricants, mixed type

Versatile oils for mixed conditions. Finish Line Dry/Wet Combined, Muc-Off C3 Dry/Wet.

Fork oils

Suspension specific oils: fork oil (15w/10w), shock absorber oil (3w/5w/7w). RockShox Spring Oil, Fox Float Fluid, Maxima.

Bearing oils

Fine oils for sealed bearing hubs, jockey wheels and crankshaft bearings.

Mounting greases

Greases for threads, shafts, and component assembly: Park Tool PPL-1 Polylube, Finish Line Premium Grease, Phil Wood, Muc-Off Bio Grease

Anti-seize

Anti-slip tape for aluminum seat post in carbon frame, cleats on automatic pedal and exposed hardware susceptible to moisture.

Degreasers

Chain and drivetrain degreasers. Quick action with no residue. Finish Line EcoTech, Muc-Off Drivetrain Cleaner.

Cleaners

General frame cleaners, frame protective waxes, and polishers.
