After two years of development and research, accompanied by exhaustive laboratory tests and thousands of kilometers on the road, we present our first carbon spoked wheel.
The use of carbon spokes marks a turning point in the manufacture of lightweight wheels. We have chosen the VONOA spoke, which weighs half as much as an ultralight steel spoke like the CX-RAY and, in addition, withstands 49% more fatigue stress.

Among the wide variety of carbon spokes available, at PROGRESS we rely only on the most experienced manufacturer, holder of the only patent for adhesive-free mechanical bonding, which guarantees superior durability and dimensional stability over the years.
To achieve precise spoke placement with optimal centering and angle, we have redesigned our Centerlock NITRO 2 Carbon hub, offering immediate power transmission with minimal friction.
The ceramic coaxial bearings with the 28mm center bearing, along with the wide variety of available hubs, ensure compatibility and efficiency.

The rim, made of graphene, has a profile of 45 mm in height and 23 mm in internal width, with a curved design that reduces aerodynamic resistance even with 30 mm tires.
The self-locking aluminum nipples, located inside the rim, further optimize aerodynamics.
