About Tudetic
Who are we?
Tudetic is a young, dynamic, active company in search of the latest technological advances so that you receive your products in the shortest possible time with a very wide range of catalog. The people who make up Tudetic started selling online in 2008, and since then we have not stopped innovating and growing thanks to our customers.
For us, the main reason and motivation to grow day by day are our customers and their satisfaction, we believe that the most effective advertising of all is word of mouth and for that reason we treat all our customers as if they were our best customer.
The name Tudetic is an acronym derived from Tudela, which is the name of the small town where it was founded, and TIC for "Trading Internet Company" (in Spanish, it means Information and Communication Technologies as well). Our main goal as a company is to improve customer service compared to leading e-commerce platforms on the internet, so we can offer the same service but with a much more personal and close approach than what international companies can offer, where customers are just part of a statistic.
More than just motorcycles
Our first steps were selling all kinds of motorcycle accessories, creating stores on eBay and other marketplaces 10 years ago. In 2010, the idea of introducing bicycle products emerged, and later in 2013, we began in the world of car and commercial vehicle parts. It was not until 2017 that we fully entered the world of diving, one of the most exciting hobbies there is.
The store you are browsing has very interesting developments such as the common shopping cart for all stores and vehicle search in stores that require it. We are constantly innovating and evolving, which is only reflected in the service and customer attention we provide for all our orders.
In 2016, the year in which we have enhanced many sales and management tools in our warehouse, we have achieved a figure of 60,000 orders, with 99.1% of customers satisfied with our service. Our new challenge is for that figure to continue growing and for the percentage of satisfied customers to get much closer to 100%, something unheard of in online sales.
We have our store and warehouses in Tudela (Navarra), you are always welcome to visit us and collect your products here. Since we do not have all items available for immediate delivery, we recommend that you place your order through the website and collect it when we notify you that it is available.
