As if that weren’t enough, the brand also launched its famous grassroots support program, race service program and mountain bike festival support. The brand’s roots in cycling had been firmly established, and a cult following emerged. People loved Pedros for its customer focus, grassroots support and laid-back nature. Another aspect embraced by fans was Pedro’s eco-friendly products... although if you’d asked us at the time, we would have said that wasn’t necessarily the goal—we were just happy people liked them!

In 2000, Pedro’s added a full line of professional-quality tools, uniquely positioning itself as a comprehensive bicycle care brand. The additional products further supported the grassroots support program and Pedro’s Racing Service, and Pedro’s supported 375 grassroots riders and 60 events each year.

Sales and marketing for North and South America, Australia, and New Zealand are based in Massachusetts and Maine, along with global product management and engineering. Sales and marketing for Europe and the Middle East are based in Sweden, and sales and marketing for Asia are based in Taiwan.
