SHIMANO Two-piece spinning rod STRADIC-2PC SSTRVAR

The Stradic Spinning range offers great variety and is the perfect companion to pair with the famous Stradic reel. Featuring blanks made from lightweight, technically advanced XSR carbon, this premium range delivers exceptional responsiveness and versatility. Available in fast action, Moderate Fast Action and easy-to-transport 4-piece Moderate Fast Action.
If you like matching your rods and reels, and already own one of the popular Stradic Spinning reels, this brilliant range of rods is a must-have. The exceptionally wide range of models lets you choose exactly the right rod for your fishing, maximising your performance and enjoyment to new heights. These rods not only look sensational, but come alive in your hand when you use them. With precise casting and incredible sensitivity, they’re a delight for all freshwater predators, saltwater fish such as sea bass, and smaller species that live close to rocky shores.
The Stradic range is equipped with extraordinary carbon technology. The High Modulus XSR multidirectional carbon blank features Diaflash technology in the handle section to minimise blank twist under pressure. This combination results in a range of rods that deliver highly efficient power transfer when casting and playing fish, combined with great lightness, strength and responsiveness to maximise lure performance. All the modern-looking fast-action models have split-grip EVA handles with premium Fuji reel seats, selected to suit the weight and power of each specific model. The moderate-fast action rods also have split grips, but with more traditional cork grips paired with Fuji reel seats. The 4-piece Moderate-Fast models, offering convenient transport lengths, have full cork handles and Fuji reel seats. All models feature Fuji Alconite K, KW or KR guides, reinforcing the high quality of these elegant rods.
When used, all models cast with the crispness and precision expected of a premium rod, and have a fantastic fish-playing action.
