The X-Stream dive fins have a blade length that varies from 34.5 to 38 cm depending on the size. The fins have an open foot pocket. Made from innovative, high-performance materials, they provide superior thrust while minimizing leg fatigue. The materials used are 3 specific for maximum elasticity, high durability and wear resistance.
The special channel thrust system creates a channel geometry capable of moving more water and creating more thrust with the same amount of effort. The result is an ultra high performance fin dedicated to the most demanding divers.
The newly designed foot pocket has large perforations (which prevent the so-called "parachute effect") and the joints at the junction with the upper absorb kinetic energy. The knife, with its extremely wide central blade, guarantees a strong channeling effect according to the Superchannel principle.
Available from size XS to XL, the new fins are available in six colors: yellow, blue, red, black, white and pink.

TRI-MATERIAL STRUCTURE

OPB - OPTIMIZED PIVOTING BLADE
It allows the blade to maintain an optimal angle throughout the stroke cycle, whereas traditional fins only achieve this for a small part of the cycle. The OPB system produces a constant thrust, which minimizes fatigue and allows smooth movement in the water.
CHANNEL THRUST
Channel Thrust This Mares design draws its inspiration from marine mammals. Channel Thrust technology maximizes water channeling, displacing a much larger volume of water compared to other fins of the same dimensions. The result is more pushing power with the same amount of effort.
PERFORATED SHOE
The limitations of traditional open heel shoes are their weight and the “parachute effect”. When flapping, the water lodges in the space between the boot and the shoe, creating a resistance similar to that of the air in a parachute. The perforations prevent this from happening, with the added advantage that the shoe is softer and more flexible. Also, the suction effect that can make removing fins tiresome is now a thing of the past.
