During the development of the LV-ONE systems, materials from the well-known EVO II series and the Factory series were used.



The systems are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened oval shape. The titanium look is created by sandblasting.



The rear escape hatch is made of an extremely strong, lightweight, impact-resistant and heat-resistant technopolymer. The clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connections, like the exhaust itself, are made of stainless steel. The shape of the manifold and muffler are specifically tailored to each model, improving torque and maximum performance.
