RFX Pro Series Disc Guards help reduce brake disc damage by preventing rocks and soil from hitting and damaging the disc. RFX Disc Guards also feature a wheel spacer attachment to speed wheel changes, while the design allows the caliper to be air-cooled for improved braking. Suitable for use with large discs.

Assembly instructions

Remove the OEM blade guard, spindle nut, and loosen the spindle clamp bolts.

Remove the spindle and front wheel

Remove the disc side wheel spacer and replace with a new disc cover and mount.

Remount the wheel taking care to align the disc in the caliper.

Insert the spindle and lightly tighten the spindle nut

With the bike on the ground and the front brake on, compress the front fork to align the front wheel.

Tighten the clamp bolts and the spindle nut.
