Polini variator kits are born from experience in the assembly of transmissions. The result is an engine with a more decisive and uniform pickup and a constant performance over time. The maximum torque is reached in a much shorter time than the original variators or other brands. Made with the most advanced materials and according to the most advanced processing standards, they are in fact the best variators ever produced. The mobile pulley is made of a special silicon alloy that is perfectly balanced and does not produce vibrations, slowing down the wear of all the moving components. The rollers coated in nylon and with a calibrated weight guarantee high resistance to wear, the variator bushing is made of self-lubricating sintered bronze while the variator pin is made of chrome-plated steel, ground and lapped.
