Assembly instructions:

Place the bike on a kickstand with the rear wheel off the ground.

Loosen the rear axle nut and remove the spindle.

Remove the chain from the sprockets and remove the rear wheel.

Remove the old axle blocks.

Remove the old bolts from the axle blocks.

Remove the axle from the axle block (KTM only) this may require some heat and a vise, be careful not to damage the axle.

Reassemble the spindle to the new axle block (KTM only) and be sure to use red threadlocker.

Clean around the swingarm making sure it is clean and free of debris.

Take the new RFX axle blocks and fit them to the swingarm making sure the alignment and bolts are in position.

Clean the spindle and axle nut.

Apply waterproof grease to the axle and wheel spacers.

Insert the spindle all the way in and replace the spindle nut, do not tighten the nut all the way.

Align the wheel square using the lugs on the axle and adjust to bring the chain to the correct tension (See your owner's manual for the correct tension).

Tighten the axle nut to the correct torque according to your owner's manual.
