Our methods of payment are all 100% for our customers. You can pay with Paypal, credit or debit cards, bank transfer and even cash back (Only for peninsula and with an additional charge).
Do I have to pay VAT?
You will have to pay the I.V.A. In your orders (included in the prices you see on our website) if we send your order within the European Union.
If the order we send it outside the European Union to the Canary Islands to Ceuta or to Melilla, our prices will not include the I.V.A. And you can pay the corresponding taxes in your place of shipment.
I want to buy without VAT because I am a foreign company
Can I buy without VAT making the purchase on behalf of my company? If you make the purchase on behalf of the company and you have an international VAT number, we will remove the VAT from your invoice and activate your account with this feature for your next orders. In this case, please make the purchase first, as soon as we have sent you the order number, contact us to provide us with the VAT number and a copy of the company identification card. Then we will remove the VAT of the order and we will refund the money to you through the method of payment that you used to make the purchase.
Payment of order or taxes upon receipt
For customers in the European Union:
Nothing is paid in addition to receiving the order. All expenses will be indicated in your shopping cart before finalizing the order and will also include shipping and other charges. Except for areas that have some additional expenses, such as: Canary Islands, etc. (Additional expenses must be paid to local authorities).
For customers outside the European Union:
The prices indicated for the shipping costs do not include any additional costs for customs and taxes, which in any case, will be paid at destination by the receiver of the merchandise. Most of the time the shipments that we do do not require an additional payment of customs, but we can not be held responsible if the customs of your country charge you a fee.
To know that your order is correctly paid you only have to receive the confirmation email of your order that we will send to you at the end. Also in your control panel you can see if the order is correct.
Cancellation of unpaid orders
Orders that have not been paid will not be processed. If you believe we have received the payment and have not processed it for this reason, please contact us.
