Every cyclist needs body care before and after training: muscle warm-up cream, protective cream, chamois cream, oils, muscle relaxant cream, recovery balms...

The warming creams and oils are used in case there is little time to do a proper warm-up or simply because the weather conditions are adverse, thus ensuring that the leg muscles do not make an overexertion that ends up in injuries.

To avoid friction and chafing caused by the jersey and the shorts, you can choose between the anti-friction gel wave chamois cream.

Once the day on the bike is over, nothing better than a massage with a recovery balm to relax the leg muscles.
