Outer shell: SFL (Special Fiber Laminate)
A structure made up of layers of special fiber, subjected to strict quality control, packed with fibers right up to the surface of the shell and joined by resins formulated by Arai, enables the dispersion of impact energy through the largest possible area. VENTILATION
CT-F ventilation
Dual intake designed to increase airflow and reduce noise level, guiding cool, fresh air into the interior. The one-piece rear exhaust draws more hot air from inside the helmet and improves aerodynamics. Side exhausts produce low pressure behind the rear vent for better hot air extraction. Integrated into the shell to improve aerodynamics, they reduce wind noise and prevent buffeting at speed.

Replaceable Cheek Pads / Earmuffs
Cheek pads / earmuffs can be easily removed. All parts (replaceable or not) can be cleaned with warm water and a mild detergent. After cleaning, the helmet should be rinsed thoroughly and should never be left to dry in direct sunlight or near a heat source. We have interior pieces of different thicknesses and sizes to accommodate each pilot.

FCS (Facial Contour System: facial contour system)
Designed to provide an even more snug fit and improve comfort under the chin, the FCS system works through a foam spring support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds, providing the necessary support without an excess of pressure.
5mm “peel off” earmuffs/cheek pads
Adding more capability for perfect fit and comfort, the cheek pads include a 5mm peel-off layer for extra room if needed.
