SFL (Super Fiber Laminate) Outer Shell This is the basic Arai outer shell. Superfiber provides more comfort than other shell materials, yet is still strong and lightweight.

Replaceable Interior Complete removable interiors that can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water, rinsed well and allowed to dry overnight, never in direct sunlight or near a heater. Different thicknesses are available to fit intermediate sizes for a custom fit for each rider.

Facial Contour System To provide an even better fit and improve lower jaw comfort, the Facial Contour System (FCS) works with a spring foam support in the cheek pad that compresses and rebounds

Removable 5mm Peel Away foam layer on ear cups/cheek pads and temple pads. Offers more room if desired without the need to purchase an optional head liner or new ear cushions/ear cups.

Emergency release system Allows easier access for an injured rider. By pulling on the integrated orange tabs on the ear cushions, the ear cushions slide out. Facilitating helmet removal for medical personnel and first responders. Minimizing the risk of additional injuries
