WARNING:

If the black wire (monitor input) is not connected or should not be present in the wire harness, the controller will operate in "open circuit" mode (not normal condition).

However, this condition can be resolved by connecting the black wire correctly:

- Connection to the black wire of the ignition switch (battery voltage when the vehicle is on)

- Jumper connection between the black wire and one of the red wires of the regulator
