EBC Vee disco de freno de rotor    El acero utilizado para los nuevos discos de freno EBC VR es un compuesto especial de acero inoxidable con un mayor efecto de fricción que el de los discos de freno convencionales de acero inoxidable tratados térmicamente.   Están completamente hechas de acero inoxidable, tratadas térmicamente y le dan al piloto una dureza óptima. Además del ahorro de peso, el enfriamiento del disco de freno es esencial.   Para una limpieza óptima del disco de freno, la superficie de frenado se perfora con un diseño que también permite ahorrar peso.   Cuantos menos orificios estén presentes, mejor será el comportamiento de frenado en mojado y menor será el desgaste del disco de freno.   El conductor se beneficia de la mejor sensación y respuesta del freno,   así como la vida útil del disco de freno debido a la calidad mejorada. El material es, por lo tanto, resistente al desgaste y expuesto al agrietamiento.
