The perfect solution for the ultra-fast and absolutely safe repair of tires in the event of punctures in the tread.

By using Super-Solution as a vulcanization accelerator, the chemical coating on the probes is activated and self-vulcanization occurs.

When specified components are used, damage is safely and professionally repaired and the tire can be used again without restriction, in accordance with the tire specifications.

A professional repair does not restrict the tire's specifications.

*The repair body of the drilling channel is compressed by a stable sheet metal sleeve.

*The sheet metal sleeve optimally supports and stabilizes the rubber body to be inserted.

*Due to the protection of the sheet metal sleeve, the rubber body is protected from the steel fibers that protrude into the stitch channel during insertion and retains its original shape.

Application range:

ULTRA-MAXI-SEAL can be used for radial and crossover tires.

Please use the repair bodies only in the tread area.

Super-Solution is recommended as a vulcanization accelerator.

Processing/brief description:

After dismounting the tire, mark the damaged area and remove the foreign body.

Mill the perforation channel with a steel cord cutter suitable for the diameter of the repair body.

Treat the curing surface on the tire professionally according to the instructions and cover it with Super-Solution.

Coat the prepared puncture channel with Super-Solution (use transfer punch 067330).

Coat the metal sleeve with Super-Solution and insert it into the puncture channel from the inside to the outside.

On the outside of the tire, touch the sleeve with pliers only where it already contains the rubber hub.

Pull the patch evenly, without tension, to the point of repair, roll/press and seal with Innerliner for a perfect seal of the edges and possibly over-roughened area.
