M10XT 10mm, with guide wire

M10XT, the repair probes, with an integrated guide wire, which simplifies the insertion of the probes into the suture channel.

The probes have a special coating and are vulcanized in the seam channel.

Thus, the interior/exterior repair is completed in a single operation, as prescribed.

Application range:

M10XT the combined repair for radial tires in the commercial vehicle sector.

Please use the repair body only on the tread area.

Processing/brief description:

After dismounting the tire and removing the foreign body, process the perforation groove and the vulcanization surface on the tire professionally according to the instructions and coat them with Vulk solution.

Coat the stem of the probe with Vulk solution and insert it into the puncture channel using the guide wire until the tapered part of the repair round protrudes 3-4mm outside the tire.

Pull this piece along with the guide pin using pliers (do not pull on the pin).

Roll/press the patch well on the inside and cover it with the inner lining.

Repair tests fully comply with §36 STVZO or BUNDESVERKEHRSBLATT B3620 as well as C13 / C14.
