KUKKO® 3-arm puller, series 30 + S

Narrow, slim S-hooks are particularly well-suited for pulling sprockets, bearings, pinions and synchronizer bodies in tight, hard-to-reach places and tight spaces

Can be used as an external and internal extractor by rotating the jaws

Also suitable for removing asymmetric workpieces

Hand knurls allow for quick loosening, infinitely variable travel and fixation of draw hooks on the cross beam without a wrench

The three-arm structure ensures even load distribution and therefore a particularly secure hold of the workpiece to be removed

Parallel draw hooks in all positions, even under full load

The part to be removed rests exclusively on the large contact surfaces of the draw hook and is therefore gently withdrawn

The crosspieces have a hexagonal profile in which a key can be used to counter if necessary

The spindle heads are provided with a collar that prevents the key from slipping during the removal process.

Optionally available shaft extensions allow clamping depth to be easily tailored to the application

GLIDE & FIX technology: The optimized geometry of the crossbar and sliding parts ensures particularly easy movement, but also rock-solid fixing, the draw hook on the crossbar

QUICK-ADJUST Technology – Allows draw hook to be loosened and moved quickly without a wrench thanks to manual adjustment knurling

SELFLOCK technology: by turning the locking screw, the hooks are centrally clamped and hold the part to be removed. This prevents the hooks from moving or slipping.
