The advanced technologies used in the new BT-023 bring significant improvements over its predecessor, the Battlax BT-021. Significant improvements have been made, especially to the wet grip and mileage attributes that are relevant for a sport touring tire. The increased mileage and better grip in the wet are achieved primarily through a redesigned profile and the use of new silica-rich rubber compounds.



Comfort and stability.

The front and rear wheels of the BT-023 feature Mono Spiral Belt (MSB) designs that allow the BT-023 to provide high damping, confident traction and the best straight-line stability on the road. The 3-Layer Composite (3LC) rubber compound used in the rear wheel has a sticky compound in the shoulder of the tire and a more stable rubber compound in the middle of the tread. The result: a safe driving experience in all conditions.
