Demanding drivers of a BMW with a boxer engine will appreciate the new SACHS sintered metal clutch. Even under extreme loads, it impresses with its excellent heat dissipation and temperature resistance.

Their friction surfaces are made from a specially balanced mixture of metal powders using a sintering process. They have an extremely easy gripping surface, particularly resistant to wear and are precision molded to the tightest tolerances. Rivets are not used. The friction surfaces are firmly connected to the disc through the sintering process. This results in a perfect geometry and the optimal resistance of the pads.

The material of the friction surfaces has already been proven many times in international races. It has a coefficient of friction about 40% higher than organic products and works perfectly. The new SACHS sintered metal clutch enables the transmission of higher torque and impresses with its long service life.
