Wheel Stud Thread Forming Tool

Universally applicable for passenger car and van wheel bolts and studs.

The special thread deforming tool allows fast and economical deformation of damaged threads on wheel bolts and studs.

In this process, the thread recovers its original geometry without cutting it by rolling (forming, pressing, stamping).

As a result, the strength of the studs or wheel bolts is fully maintained and the surface is further compacted again.

Unlike thread cutting, no material is removed in the process.

Thanks to its compact design and easy operation with a conventional hexagonal socket with reversible ratchet, it can also be used directly on the vehicle.
