Rear View Camera Adapter for Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Lancia / Mitsubishi / VW

Rear View Camera Adapters are required to hold the OEM rear view camera.

These allow the connection of a factory pre-installed camera to an aftermarket unit with a camera input.

Depending on the vehicle and equipment, the adapter provides the Cinch video signal, a +6V power supply/ground for the OEM camera and the +12V reverse signal or this must be connected to a suitable point in the vehicle.

Vehicles with a 360° camera system or systems with moving distance lines may not be supported.

Before installation, check that the adapter is correctly assigned to the OEM connector.

Many aftermarket units must be set to the camera function in the menu.
