WARNING! The strut must be pressed in and a new spring plate must be inserted

With the TRW-Lucas rear suspension, there is a cost-effective way to lower the seat height.

This is accomplished on most models by a modified strut link.

Installation in a specialized workshop is recommended, especially for models where the shock absorber must be pressed.

- Going down with ABE

- By lowering the seat height is reduced by 20-50 mm (depending on the model) in a simple way

- safe and comfortable support with little effort

- The lowering kits are milled in steel or aluminum, depending on the model.

- Most motorcycles are lowered by modified pushrods or triangle plates instead of the original.

- with the central strut the full working distance remains

- for all descents, the lateral support must be shortened

- partly the main support has to be removed

After the rebuild, it is necessary that, depending on the vehicle load, the handling of the spring damper is adjusted accordingly,

otherwise it could cause damage to the vehicle. It can reach parts of the vehicle.
