The new XX Transmission cassette is one of the main reasons Eagle Transmission delivers the best internal and external shifting performance under load. Thanks to its full X-Sync design, the harder you pedal, the better it shifts. Literally. Designed as integrated, interdependent drivetrain components, the XX Eagle Transmission cassette and derailleur are in direct contact, ensuring perfect alignment on every bike. From its massive 520% gear range, which starts with a 52T sprocket and progressively drops to 44T and 38T sprockets at the other end (compared to the 10-52 Eagle cassette), it lasts much longer and is much more precise because it has fewer extreme chain angles throughout the range. Thanks to its clearly marked sprocket mounting, it is easy and foolproof to install. The block features a hardened steel X-Dome machined design and the 38T and 44T sprockets are stamped steel and anchored to a 12-speed cassette made of the lightest aluminum.
