It was in the year 1920 that Hugo and Karl Büchel founded the Bünchel company. Initially fingerboards and tool boxes are made there, and later bicycle parts, especially pedals and hubs.

During the more than 100 years that the company has been operating, there have been good times of research, development, growth and success. But also years with serious setbacks that did not prevent the company from moving forward with the same enthusiasm as always.

Currently the company also produces other types of bicycle parts such as: LED lights, nipples, spokes, fenders and racks.
