Mikuni American Corporation is a subsidiary of Mikuni Corporation, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Mikuni American Corporation was established on April 17, 1968 with the idea of purchasing aircraft parts in the United States and exporting them to Japan. Later, and considering that they were manufacturers of carburetors, they began to import these and other products related to engines to the United States.

Currently, they have locations in Chicago, Illinois and Texas. The Chicago offices are for the O.E.M. operations and the Texas office is for the manufacturing plant in Reynosa, Mexico.
