The history and experience of the company dates back to 1925. That year, ASISTA was founded in Allgäu, Germany, by brothers Alois and Simon Stölzle from Altmannhofen, whose initials are reflected in the company name.

It is a company dedicated to the production of bicycle parts and accessories, with a wide range of excellent quality products and the best brands represented by ASISTA, specialists in bicycle accessories: Rixen & Kaul (Klickfix), Mounty Special, Norco, Oakland, Delta, Proline, Prostor and Starblubike.

Today, ASISTA is one of the most successful companies in Germany in the area of import, export and distribution of bicycle accessories, with a storage area of more than 5,000 m2.
