In 1968, Lino Dainese, only 20 years old, made a trip to London on a Vespa and there he met superbikes and their riders who wore the first leather suits. Returning to Italy, he decided to dedicate himself to the design and manufacture of protections for motorcycle riders.

The firm evolved by developing other protection products and sportswear and today you can find them for motorcycles, bicycles and winter sports.
