Soft putty with aluminum content for any metal substrate; easy to apply on large surfaces thanks to the aluminum particles incorporated.

Two-component polyester metal filler, as a mixture of a medium-elastic, highly reactive, amine-preaccelerated polyester resin with various ecological fillers and aluminum pigments (free of asbestos and silicone), highly thixotropic, making it particularly easy to spread on large surfaces and without pores.

Product Specification:

Filling putty for the automotive repair sector, mechanical engineering and for hobby jobs. Whenever a large area spreading is required. Substrates such as metal, wood, various plastics or concrete can easily be filled with the required layer thickness. Holes are filled and evened out, thin areas are stabilized.

Properties:

- Can be sanded after: approximately 20 - 30 minutes

- Duration of the pot at 20°C: approx. 45 minutes

- Flash point: approx. 32°C

- Density at 20°C: 1.65 kg / dm³

- Addition of hardener: 2.5%.

- Temperature resistance of the cured material: up to 120°C

- Resistant to: acids, alkalis, propellants, solvents, water and de-icing salts

- Gray

- High elasticity, good adhesion, easy to sand, even after a long time. Suitable for enameling stoves.
