The RAM® Torque™ Handlebar Mounting Base features a 1" RAM® Type B rubber ball, compatible with rails from 19 to 25.4" in diameter. Two semicircular plates are included to achieve a perfect fit and at the same time protect the support surface. The RAM® Torque™ mounting base also includes locknuts with nylon inserts to prevent loosening under high vibration.
