The Vittoria Air-Liner is an insert accessory made of high-quality polymer that occupies a large part of the air volume inside the tire.


This feature, combined with its shape, provides a sense of progressive fit.


Working in combination with the remaining air in the tyre, shocks are absorbed in much the same way as a suspension system. This protects both the tire and the wheel, something traditional suspension doesn't do.


Air-Liner has been designed with a round cross-section, with channels at the top and bottom. The top channel makes room for air directly under the tire tread.


When an impact occurs, the channel edges fold over the thickest part of the accessory first as the tire compresses. This allows the tread to remain flexible, which increases traction, without losing impact resistance.


The bottom channel allows for easy fine tuning of the air valve and is compatible with all valve types.
