SAMOA is based on the format of the successful Eyes Evo, optimal visibility in all directions with a weight of only 145 g and an internal volume of 105 cm3, parameters typical of much smaller masks, now with important innovations | NO FOG SYSTEM: Samoa incorporates the NO-FOG system that prevents the phenomenon of fogging through internal thermoregulation of the warm and humid air that comes out through the nose. This air is channeled through a system of subtle membranes placed in the frame around the eyes and the nose that diverts the flow preventing hot exhaled air from directly accessing the crystals. The external part of the skirt presents a thermal exchange system made up of two small heat exchangers that act as radiators. The effect is that the inside temperature of the mask drops, approaching the outside temperature and the microdroplets of moisture remain attached before the air reaches the lenses, preventing them from fogging up | IMPORTANT: The lenses are not chemically treated and it should be remembered that when the goggle is new, as with all goggles, it is advisable to clean the lenses carefully with PRENOFOG or traditional toothpaste to burn off and remove any volatiles accumulated on the glass from of the facial once the mask is manufactured. It is also always useful to use alcohol-free anti-fogging agents or, failing that, saliva as a surfactant before each dive | NEW FACIAL: The facial also presents other improvements. The outer lip of the facial in contact with the face has a decreasing thickness that improves adaptation and maintains comfort during long hours of use. To this design exercise to the limit that obtained optimal visibility in all directions with a weight of only 145 g and an internal volume of 105 cm3, parameters typical of much smaller masks, important innovations are now added at the facial level.
 
NO FOG SYSTEM
Samoa incorporates the NO-FOG system that we successfully implemented in the QUANTUM model, which is that it prevents the fogging phenomenon through internal thermoregulation of the warm and humid air that comes out through the nose.
This air is channeled by a system of thin membranes placed in the molding around the eyes and nose that divert the flow, preventing hot exhaled air from directly accessing the crystals.

Only the button itself that allows a very precise regulation of the tension appears to the outside. The strip has a wider support area and is flexible but resistant at the same time.
The tension of the strip acts directly on the frame, maintaining the stability of the mask and bringing the glass as close to the eyes as possible. The anchoring of the buckle system in the frame prevents the deformation of the silicone facepiece during the use of the mask (typical of the models that anchor the buckles in the facepiece itself) and the tension of the strip is produced in line with the plane of the glass, optimizing the level of proximity of the glass/eye and, therefore, the volume and optimal visibility of the mask to suit the user.
