QUANTUM is based on the format of the successful Evo Big Eyes, an evolution of the mythical Big Eyes. To this extreme design exercise that obtained optimal visibility in all directions with a weight of only 160 g and an internal volume of 115 cm3, parameters typical of much smaller masks, important innovations are now added at the facial level.

NO FOG SYSTEM
The main innovation of the Quantum mask is that it prevents the fogging phenomenon through internal thermoregulation of the warm and humid air that comes out of the nose.
This air is channeled by a system of thin membranes placed in the molding around the eyes and nose that divert the flow, preventing hot exhaled air from directly accessing the crystals.
The external part of the skirt has a heat exchange system made up of two small heat exchangers that act as radiators. The effect is that the inside temperature of the mask drops, approaching the outside temperature and the microdroplets of moisture adhere before the air reaches the lenses, preventing them from fogging up.

Important
The lenses are not chemically treated and it should be remembered that, when the mask is new, as is the case with all masks, it is advisable to clean the lenses carefully with PRENOFOG or traditional toothpaste to burn and remove the volatiles accumulated in the glass from the facial once the mask is made. It is also always useful to use anti-fog without alcohol or, alternatively, saliva as a surfactant before each dive.

NEW FACE
The facial also presents other improvements. The outer lip of the facial in contact with the face has a decreasing thickness that improves adaptation and maintains comfort during long hours of use. The lower sealing area has been profoundly re-studied to prevent infiltrations at this critical point without compromising comfort. The new Quantum facial is especially enveloping, flexible and stable,
MOUNT
The exceptionally reduced frame structure allows a great approach to the lenses without contact problems with the frame. Therefore, the internal volume is reduced to an absolute minimum and any view of the frame from the inside is annulled. The lenses inclined at 15º and extended above the cheekbones (“Big Eyes” system) increase lower visibility by more than 30% compared to that of a traditional mask, while upper and lateral visibility are increased to the limit allowed by the frame's own thickness: Total vision - 3% in top visibility and total vision -5% in side visibility. The structural rigidity of the central bridge has been particularly studied to avoid the loss of the plane of the crystals due to an excess of tension of the strip that could cause optical distortions.
BUCKLES
Fully pivoting buckles in all directions and attached to the frame by a flexible and unbreakable elastomer. The tension of the strip acts directly on the frame, maintaining the stability of the mask and bringing the glass as close to the eyes as possible. The anchoring of the buckle system in the frame prevents the deformation of the silicone facial during the use of the mask (typical of the models that anchor the buckles in the facial itself) and the tension of the strap occurs aligned to the plane of the glass, optimizing the level of proximity of the glass/eye and, therefore, the volume and optimal visibility of the mask to suit the user.
