Normal 0 21 false false false ES X-NONE X-NONE One-piece wishbone for assembling rubber bands sold by the meter. It is recommended for all types of rubber bands sold by the meter, but especially for those with a reduced diameter due to the peculiarities of its refined design. High-precision machining from a single piece of AISI 316 stainless steel. The one-piece construction prevents erosion and potential cuts or small tears inside the cannula that could damage the rubber band. A new sandblasted and polished finish provides a smooth, edge-free surface and improved locking. Optimal sliding for easy assembly. Integrated 7 mm diameter shrouds allow for easy assembly even on thin rubber bands with a 1 mm diameter cannula, ensuring smooth insertion without excessive pressure from the sphere at the critical point where it constricts the line. This shroud is the safest option for preventing rubber band breakage under high tension, especially with smaller diameters. The shroud's alloy makes breakage of the tab virtually impossible, as it would flex under extreme tension. The legs have a conical cross-section, tapering from 2.6 mm to just 2.0 mm at the point where it constricts the line. This design ensures a secure lock without excessive knot tightening. The rod gradually decreases in diameter to avoid machining steps. The eyelets for attaching Dyneema are completely rounded to prevent rope erosion. The outer edge of the eyelet is also rounded. It accommodates ropes up to 3 mm in diameter. Available in two sizes: 29 mm and 25 mm.
One-piece wishbone for assembling rubber bands - High-precision machining from a single piece of AISI 316 stainless steel. The one-piece construction prevents erosion and potential cuts or small tears inside the cannula that could damage the rubber band. - Sandblasted and polished finish for a smooth, edge-free surface and improved locking. Optimal sliding for assembly - Integrated wishbone-shaped spheres with a maximum diameter of 7 mm allow for easy assembly even on thin rubber bands with a 1 mm diameter cannula, without difficulty inserting the wishbone and without the sphere exerting excessive force at the critical point of constriction with the rope. - Conical legs taper from 2.6 mm to just 2 mm at the point of constriction with the rope. This design ensures a secure lock without overtightening the knot. The rod gradually decreases in diameter to avoid machining steps. The eyelets for attaching the Dyneema are completely rounded to prevent rope erosion. It accommodates ropes up to Ø3 mm. Available in two sizes: 29 and 25 mm.
