In the market we find a wide variety of rods for spearguns.

threaded rod

The tip of the rod is removable and can be replaced by a trident (three, four or five points) or for some tahitian sticks normal with one or two finlets.

tahitian rod

They are the traditional rods that are used in most rifles, a single piece with rear anchors and a single winglet.

lug rods

They are rods that have lugs or spurs which makes them exclusive for use in open heads.
