MALOSSI 4T V4 HEAD
The first cylinder head for all maxiscooters with a Piaggio 4-stroke liquid-cooled engine, of the following displacements: 125cc, 180cc, 200cc, 250cc and 300cc. Designed to dramatically increase the power of these engines.


• Made of aluminum alloy cast by gravity, hardened and sandblasted, machined within thousandth tolerances (mm) using super precise cells.


• Valve guides designed with a new profile, made by sintering powdered metals (steel, phosphorus, carbon, copper and manganese).


• Valve seats made of cobalt-molybdenum steel alloy with a copper infiltration and a special heat / chemical treatment.


• Intake valve increased to Ø25 mm, made of special steel alloy and special heat / chemical treatment.


• Exhaust valve increased to Ø22.2 mm and Nimonich 80 material (nickel, chromium, titanium and aluminum alloy).


• Hardened Si-Cr steel intake and exhaust springs, designed to function optimally under higher loads due to increased engine power.
* This new cylinder head has been developed to be used exclusively with Malossi cylinders for displacements of 125cc-180cc., While with higher displacements the original cylinder can be used.
The cylinder head is supplied pre-assembled and ready for installation.
