In the development of the LV-ONE units, materials from the well-known EVO II and Factory series have been used.

The units are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened oval shape. The titanium look is achieved by sandblasting.

The rear exhaust cover is made of an extremely strong technopolymer, which is lightweight, impact resistant and heat resistant. The clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connections, like the exhaust itself, are made of stainless steel. The shape of the manifold and muffler are specifically tailored to each model, thus improving engine torque and maximum power.
