The unique flat faced design keeps weight to a minimum and makes TwingRings as narrow as a regular sprocket. The outside expands at 200°C and then conforms to the inside, creating a permanent bond for the life of the sprocket.
The inner ring is made of ultra-light, high-strength 7075 T6 aluminium.
Outer ring is electroless nickel plated steel
Precision CNC machined to extremely tight tolerances
Flat socket head bolts add additional strength to the sprocket during side impacts
Self-cleaning mud grooves between each tooth on both sides prevent dirt buildup
