Athena Offroad Piston Kits



Athena has developed a new line of "Offroad" piston kits for use on most 4-stroke offroad motorcycles.

Manufactured with special high-performance materials produced by reverse extrusion forging.



Special molybdenum disulfide coating sintered by screen printing process to improve flow/slide, performance and durability and reduce friction and noise.

State-of-the-art stainless steel segments with CrN PVD coating (chrome plating) and wear-resistant reinforcements whose shape has been optimized to improve formability under low tangential load.



Developed in Italy, the pistons undergo rigorous quality testing both on the dynamic bench and on the race track to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability.
