Athena Offroad Standard Piston Kits



Athena has developed a new line of "Offroad" piston sets for use in most 4-stroke offroad bikes.

Made with special high performance materials produced by reverse extrusion forging.



Special molybdenum disulfide coating sintered by screen printing process to improve flow/slip, performance and durability and to reduce friction and noise.

Last generation stainless steel segments with CrN PVD coating (chrome plated) and wear resistant reinforcements whose shape is optimized to improve formability under tangential load.



Developed in Italy, the pistons undergo rigorous quality testing both on the dynamic bench and on the race track to ensure the highest levels of performance and reliability.
