- Special 3D software is capable of generating virtual simulations and mechanical loads

- The aluminum cylinders are cast in steel molds and manufactured using CNC machines (which makes it possible to guarantee tolerances of thousandths of a millimeter in all phases of production)

- Review of water channels to increase their capacity

- Cylinder liners are made from a special blend of silicon carbide and nickel to ensure the best piston mileage and cylinder durability

- Tested at an internal temperature of approximately 20 degrees, for the best possible inspection of the bores and cylinders
