This variety is a part of non-approved races of the StVo.

Many scooters such as the ATU (Auto Teile Unger) Explorer Race GT 50 as well as some Keeway, Generic and Sachs models are delivered with a heavily throttled exhaust manifold.

After installing the tuning manifold (Race GT 50 test scooter) in its original state, the variable throttle scooter reached a speed of 63 km / h; After removing the throttle on the variator, the maximum speed increased to 72 km / h.

The connection for the secondary air system is completely removed and this frees up energy reserves.

The connection hose of the secondary air system must be closed after installing the elbow.

We recommend using a screw as a stopper or simply bending the hose and fixing it with a cable tie. The main carburetor nozzle does not need to be adjusted.

If you want it to be optimal, you can replace the vario rolls with something lighter; Here we recommend a set of 5.8 g variator rolls in the dimensions 15x12 mm.
