Materials from the well-known EVO II series and the Factory series were used in the development of LV-ONE systems.



The systems are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened, oval shape. A titanium look is created by sandblasting.



The rear outlet flap is made of an extremely strong technopolymer, which is lightweight, impact resistant and heat resistant. The clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connections are made of stainless steel like the exhaust itself. The shape of the manifold and muffler are specifically tailored to each model, thus improving torque and top performance.
