Due to a flexible production department, Athena can react efficiently to different situations (OEM production batches, small quantities, building a prototype for racing teams).

Athena cylinders are made of high quality aluminum alloys. They are manufactured taking into account the latest technologies and coated with a nickel-silicon alloy. After all cylinders have gone through rigorous quality checks, they meet the highest standards in terms of reliability, durability and performance.

Features:

- A special 3D software is able to generate virtual simulations and mechanical loads.

- Aluminum cylinders are cast in steel molds and manufactured with CNC machines (thousandths of tolerance can therefore be guaranteed in all manufacturing phases)

- Revised water channels to increase capacity

- The cylinder liners consist of a special mixture of silicon carbide and nickel to ensure the best piston running performance and cylinder durability.

- Tested at an internal temperature of approximately 20 degrees, for the best possible control of the holes and cylinders

- Cylinder surfaces are completely flat to eliminate any inaccuracies of fit
