In the development of the LV-ONE systems, materials from the well-known EVO II series and the Factory series have been used.

The units are made entirely of stainless steel and have a flattened, oval shape. The look of titanium is created by sandblasting.

The rear outlet cover is made of an extremely strong technopolymer, which is lightweight, impact resistant and heat resistant.

The holding clamp is made entirely of carbon and the connections, like the exhaust itself, are made of stainless steel.

The shape of the manifold and muffler are specifically tailored to each model, thus improving engine torque and maximum power.
