Athena cylinders are made of high quality aluminum alloys. They are manufactured using the latest technologies and are coated with a nickel-silicon alloy. Once all cylinders have passed strict quality controls, they meet the highest standards in terms of reliability, durability and performance.

- A special 3D software is able to generate virtual simulations and mechanical loads.
- Aluminum cylinders are cast in steel molds and manufactured with CNC machines (thousandths of tolerance can therefore be guaranteed in all manufacturing phases)
- Revised water channels to increase capacity
- Cylinder liners are made from a special blend of silicon carbide and nickel to ensure the best possible piston life and cylinder durability.
- Tested at an internal temperature of approximately 20 degrees, for the best possible control of the holes and cylinders
- The surfaces of the cylinders are perfectly flat to eliminate any inaccuracies of fit
