ZF-Dual sprockets are among the highest quality and most technologically advanced sprockets in the world.

The secret lies in the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of duralumin.

This aluminum alloy is characterized by its enormous resistance and tightness, as well as its low weight.

The tensile strength is approximately 11 times that of pure aluminum.

Through hardening, duralumin nearly reaches the strength of steel.

Consequently, a lower weight and greater durability have been implemented.

Milling at the base of the sprocket tooth ensures optimal self-cleaning.

These cutters ensure that dirt cannot settle between the teeth and therefore the chain and sprocket do not wear out as quickly.

The durability of ZF-Dual sprockets is approximately three times longer than pure aluminum sprockets and they are 50% lighter than steel sprockets.
