ZF Dual sprockets are among the highest quality and most technically advanced sprockets in the world.

The secret lies in the combination of the durability of steel and the lightness of duralumin.

This aluminum alloy is characterized by its enormous resistance and tightness, as well as its low weight.

The tensile strength is approximately 11 times higher than that of pure aluminum.

Upon hardening, duralumin reaches nearly the strength of steel.

The result is less weight and greater durability.

Milled grooves at the base of the sprocket tooth ensure optimal self-cleaning.

These milled grooves ensure that dirt cannot accumulate between the teeth and therefore the chain and sprocket do not wear out as quickly.

The durability of ZF-Dual sprockets is approximately three times greater than that of pure aluminum sprockets and they are 50% lighter than steel ones.
